How do I add text for my personalised gift?

For personalised gifts just insert the text you want on your gift into the comments section in the checkout area.

How do I add a photo for my personalised gift?

For personalised photo gifts just email your photo to us at info@weecountytrophies.ie

How much is delivery?

Gifts: Nationwide delivery is €5 per order

Local pickup is free just select this option at the check out.

Trophies delivery charge will be depending on weight

What is the delivery time?

Orders for gifts will be sent out within 5-7 working days & you should expect delivery within 2 working days after receiving email confirming dispatch. If you need your item by a certain date, let us know & we will do our best to accommodate you.

What if I want to order a large quantity?

If you want to purchase a large quantity of trophies or gifts, please contact us for a discounted quotation.

What if I make a spelling mistake?

We will print what is entered into the text box, so please check & recheck for typos & misspellings before your order is complete. If you notice a mistake after submitting your order, please contact us ASAP, so that the mistake can be rectified before we personalise your gift. If we have already personalised your gift before you contact us with the mistake, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.

What if I want to return an item?

If you are not 100% happy with your item, you can return it for a full refund. Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving it, giving your reasons why you are not satisfied with it. Please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it, to get a full refund (excluding delivery costs). We reserve the right to refuse the refund of items that have been misspelt, have clearly been damaged or used by the customer. Personalised products are non-refundable.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If an item has been damaged during delivery, please photograph the item & email it to us within 3 days. Items that have been clearly damaged in transit will be replaced immediately at no cost to the customer.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made with your credit card through PayPal or by using your PayPal account. It is the safest most secure & easiest way to buy online. You are not required to have a PayPal account to buy from us.
